I placed  an order and the payment failed. How do I still pay for my order?

In case you have placed an order but the payment was not successful, the goods remain reserved for you! You will receive a reminder e-mail from Multisafepay where you are able to complete the payment and confirm the order.

 

How can I track my shipment?

Tracking numbers are in the shipment notification e-mails.

You can track your order using website https://www.17track.net. Also, your local post office website will often recognize the tracking number 1-2 days after shipping.

 

I have not received an e-mail confirmation

It may be that it is in your SPAM folder.

Between 9 to 10 January 2021, the e-mail function was temperarely disabled by the website hosting provider due to the high volume of e-mails originating from my website.
